Booking Incentive - Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Visit Isle of Man’s Travel Uni Points Scheme for Travel Agents.
By participating in the Visit Isle of Man Points Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Points Scheme is open to travel agents and travel agency employees who book travel to the Isle of Man for clients and register their bookings on the Travel Uni portal.
Travel Agents must complete the Visit Isle of Man online course to be entered into any competition.
2. How to Earn Points
750 Points: For bookings with arrival dates between Saturday 1st February and Monday 31st March 2025.
250 Points: For bookings with arrival dates between Tuesday 1st April 2025 and Tuesday 30th September 2025.
500 Points: For bookings with arrival dates between Wednesday 1st October 2025 and Tuesday 31st March 2026.
Double Points: If a booking is for a group of 4 or more people, you will receive double the usual number of points for that booking.
3. Bonus Points
100 Points: Sign up for the Visit Isle of Man Travel Trade Newsletter.
4. Visit Isle of Man - Travel Uni Course
Complete the Visit Isle of Man Travel Uni course for a chance to win a FAM trip. This is a separate opportunity and does not contribute to booking points.
5. Prizes and Rewards
Points earned can be redeemed for rewards such as Amazon vouchers. The specific rewards and redemption process will be outlined by Visit Isle of Man.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Booking Confirmation and Points Allocation
Points will be credited to your account upon confirmation of the booking. Visit Isle of Man reserves the right to verify bookings and may adjust point allocations if necessary.
You must submit all required elements of each booking to have a valid entry.
Travel agents must ensure that all bookings are made through the appropriate channels and are compliant with the scheme rules to earn points.
7. Competition Dates
The competition closes on Monday 30th June 2025 at 12 noon.
Visit Isle of Man will contact the winners directly.
8. General Terms
Visit Isle of Man reserves the right to cancel or amend the scheme at any time, without prior notice.
Prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of Visit Isle of Man notifying the winner of the competitions and prize draws.
Visit Isle of Man’s decisions regarding the points scheme and rewards are final.
In the event of a tie: whoever logged their booking first will win.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the Department for Enterprise’s privacy policy and data protection regulations.
10. Liability
Visit Isle of Man will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in this scheme.
